Good managers. Understanding The environment is good to learn things Nice supervisors. Have overpay, have benefits such as paid time off, sickleave..

Cons

Pay is low. Work hours are crazy. No off of national holidays. Some employees are too dramatic. Need to do more than others 99. The 99 ranch health insurance is bad.

I've just been here for 3 months. I am working in the accounting department. Everyone is extra nice to me when the first day I came here. I loved the friendly working environment in the company. My supervisor Johnny is a really know-it-all kind of guy who is always super busy but still very patiently answers my sometimes stupid questions. As a result, I picked up things real fast and started to contribute to the team. It is actually a win-win situation. Just open up your mind and be friends with your coworkers. You will be welcomed!

Cons

Management and administration are kind of strict. Holidays are not considered as plenty. Since Tawa is a full-year non-stop supermarket so what can we complain?
