Superior leadership, change strategies to improve the business, building a solid structure, work/ life balance improvement, open minded/ listening to staff & customers. It is wonderful being with a company that listens and cares about the people not just the business!

Cons

Pay a little low but being addressed- but much better to work for a company you love since money cannot buy happiness!

Work definitely wasn't difficult. Hours weren't excessive.

Cons

Work environment is simply toxic: store managers are rude and unprofessional, many people don't speak a lick of English, promotions and pay are almost solely based on tenure and favoritism instead of merit, lack of any formal training, inflexible hours, nonexistent communication, understaffed, poor employee treatment and discount, very little benefits, customer service is downright atrocious, poor organization and unclean facilities
