Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

This company is not client centered, has extreme micromanagement, and will try to intimidate you into unethical practices in order to make them more money. Money is their main priority-NOT the clients. They say they care about their employees, but they don’t. Most employees who work here are experiencing a significant toll on their mental health and are trying to get out. On top of it all, most employees here are struggling to make ends meet because they pay like crap. I shouldn’t be stressed about affording food while working a full time job. Do yourself a favor and run.

Pros

Relationships with clients were meaningful

Cons

Lack of management. Very wishy washy in decision making. Say supporting employees is a value but not the case. Ethical issues surrounding billing

Pros

Lots of training if that's your thing.

Cons

Demanding. Not competitive pay as advertised. Company seems to long care about receiving Medicare funds and not actually improving the lives of the children. The kids in the day Treatment just run around not listening all day. There is no "therapy" aspect to the program.
