Good Equipment makes your stay on the road more comfortable.

Cons

Spending a weekend in the truck doesnt make anymore money than going home every weekend. Bad communication between ofgice and garage.

Great work experience for the college internship. They allow you to work with the drivers and manage to a degree the operations.

Cons

Limited number of job assignments, once you start one position you wont be placed at a different one so you learn only one area of the operations.
