Pros
Small enough that you feel that you have the ability to make a difference. Many of the "grunt workers"(drivers and dock workers) are very hard working and dedicated men who break their backs for the company. The company has a great deal of dedicated people working for it who understand the value of hard work and dilligence. They offer a number of locations across the Northeast to accomidate a number of positions in the trucking industry.
Cons
Large enough that poor leadership and incompetent management can stumble forward and go unnoticed. Management is weak as the management positions are not highly sought after positions so they end up with angry, incompetent, and under acknoweldged management.
