Cons

its a freight company no crying allowed! No hot chocolate or therapy dogs here, come prepared to work,Steve Okane no longer with company retired a couple of years ago

Great owners. Great culture. People are treated with respect and fairly. There is room for growth and advancement if you're willing to work hard.

Cons

The hours can be long. But in transportation you have to be flexible and available to get the work done when it's there.

Nice friendly people - competitive pay -- low deductible health benefits

Cons

There was no training for the position in talking with other employees they had no training either and were left alone to figure it out for themselves.The site that I was at no bathroom no breakroom very unorganized and messy in most areas. Old outdated equipment
