Great coworkers, good benefits, ability to choose working style remote hybrid onsite etc.

Cons

No room for growth or recognition unless you're part of the senior leadership circle. The company has undergone mass layoffs of mid-level employees, along with repeated restructurings and rebrands, yet the overall dynamic remains unchanged. Senior leadership is not as in touch as they appear, often lagging behind industry trends until it’s too late. Decisions are frequently made to protect their own positions at the expense of others. While the CEO is an improvement over past leadership, they still allow senior management to fail upward.
