Great environment and people, very nice office, opportunity for growth depending on team, ample opportunities for lower level employees to have voice heard, company feels personal especially considering the size

Cons

No management training so managers are not properly equipped to manage; too many legacy employees who get promoted because they have been there a long time; very minimal raises

Solid mix of young and older employees. Great amount of time off. Company given days off for all holidays. I really miss working here, I only left for more money. Still have a lot of wonderful friends from here.
