It was awful dealing with management.

Pros

Nice workers who work hard. They do their best to please management in order to help improve the company's ratings. Management puts the blame on the workers. The workers are very friendly and they get together outside of working hours to socialize together.

Cons

The executive management staff was awful. They put all of the blame on the workers. Reports to management of mistreatment are treated as unheard.
