Pros

A+E has good benefits, the entire staff is pretty great for people who aren't getting paid well.

Cons

They're terrible about giving raises and upward mobility is tough. Also management seems to have forgotten the Stamford office exists.

I recently started working here, and I absolutely love it! My team is extremely supportive and helpful. The work/life balance is incredible for the media industry. Pay and benefits are great too. I am happy to work at this renowned network.

Cons

Upward mobility in the company is apparently difficult, but it's definitely possible.
