Co workers seems to be quirky and friendly seemingly typical of media companies.

Cons

Middle management tend to be emotional and verbally abuse staff at times creating a toxic environment for employee, also high turnover rates. Human resource seems to side middle management. Some departments stick to each other etc.

Workload is reasonable Great support from supervisors and higher ups Fun working environment Great exposure to the television and film industry

Cons

I overall genuinely enjoyed my experience. I think the intern program could've been streamlined a little better, to allow for more exposure of the entire Network company, not just your specific department.
