One of the best people and environment I ever worked. Everyone in office are really friendly and helpful. Everyone is passionate about their job. It feels that we all are like one big family.

Cons

I can't find any cons in our lovely London's office, sorry.

Clear favoritism of certain departments. Lack of diversity at top positions Needs more support in administrative areas for many departments

Nice office, some friendly people, decent pay.

Cons

I found there to be a severe lack of direction and unwillingness to collaborate (Note: this might have just been with my immediate supervisors/producers in short-form video, other departments might be better off). It took over a week just to get a meeting set to talk about what was happening with our department, to share my concerns/frustrations.
