Laid back attitude, you could wear jeans.

Cons

They would rather give up great workers than pay anyone a cutting edge salary. They hire contract workers to get out of paying benefits. If you are offered a full time position they offer less than you make as contract, stating that the benefits make up for the cash. Don't believe a word they say. They'll string you along for years with delusions that you will become full time. Sometimes it takes more than 5 years. Absolutely ridiculous

Wants to do "the right thing," has some smart decision-makers and has been remarkably good at creating incredible content, breaking records and generating loyalty inside and outside the company.

Cons

Wrong people in the wrong jobs...for too long--not only does this hurt advancement opportunities but it creates a stagnant environment.
