Pros

Overall a great place to work if you are in the right team and department. Great people with kind and understanding managers. Good work/life balance where taking your allotted time off is encouraged to be taken. Always have others willing to help you out and collaborate with you to get tasks and projects accomplished.

Cons

It can take years to get promoted and move up the ladder and compensation is on the low side.

Great brands, some really smart, creative, fun people. Never dull, entrepreneurial spirit, meritocracy.

Cons

Management is tough if you aren't in it 200%, some management by 'fear', didn't move fast enough to embrace changing digital landscape so now catching up
