- Room to be creative and blow out huge ideas if you have them - Genuine excitement around the programming of the network portfolio - Lots of people at the company passionate about their jobs - Decent benefits

Cons

- Management plays favorites, so you may feel left out if you aren't at the cool-kid table - Everyone operates out of fear that they will be "thrown under the bus" because every so often it is your turn - Depending on your team, lack of path for growth
