Pros

Nice people and culture. Benefit package.

Cons

Work life balance is lacking depending on who you work for. It is up to the managers discretion to allow flexibility and there are huge disparity's manager to manager. Some employees are treated like children and others like adults.

Great people to work with (depending on your department)

Cons

They hire lower level positions at a freelance level and its very hard to transition into a full time employee.

Pros

They are growing and have great success under Nancy Dubuc. Those who had worked under her at History really liked and respected her and the network turned around under her leadership. They are not afraid of trying out a new direction.

Cons

It was a little hierarchical and they would hesitate to let some sr management go, even though they were literally running some departments to the ground. But, I think they have also gotten better at this. That being said, there was little room for advancement, no clear career path and overall, a kind of meh environment, even though they're doing great things.
