Pros

A lot of great people who've been there for a long time which is both good and bad.

Cons

Very siloed work structure and very cliquey workplace. Tough for new employees to make their way in as you're often looked at as an outsider.

Pros

Could not feel any prouder to work for a company that is always striving to do better. They are actively promoting diversity and inclusion and it shows through their new programming, internal policies, and hiring decisions. Additionally, the health care package is excellent and they did a fantastic job at prioritizing employee health during COVID. They sent everyone home to work remotely and actively showed us that they care about our physical health as well as our mental health. I feel lucky to work here. Also, the hours are pretty great. I rarely need to work overtime and they allow a lot of flexibility when it comes to our schedules.
