Pros

-Great support network -Smart dedicated and collaborative colleagues -The company really works hard at being innovative

Cons

-When I was there compensation was pretty low -There are some horrible managers. Thankfully I never had to work much with them but some of them are pretty legendary. Not sure if senior management thinks they're ok as long as they're meeting some numbers even though their people skills are pretty much non-existent.

Learned a lot from skilled executives. Enjoy most of my co- workers.

Cons

The company does not convert from consultant to staff hardly ever. Some upper management does not keep up with developments in their field of expertise.
