      Was a great company until the Lifetime merger and then everything changed for the worst.

      Same as above. Totally broke.

      Pros

      The people and culture are great. Everyone is helpful and respectful. There is also a nice work-life balance at the company. People truly get a long and also get their work done. A nice place to work.

      Cons

      The initial pay is not too high and sometimes the work can be repetitive and boring. Departments are also divided between floors making it hard to interact.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance for the most part. Excitement at company due to excellent new programs and network growth.

      Cons

      When I was there, there was unwritten pressure to stay late. Felt guilty if I left at 5:00pm or 5:30. Some folks seemed to be promoted because they had friends in high places. Right now the construction necessitates two buildings--annoying to go back and forth for meetings.
