Pros
New SEA MD is decisive. He is also trying to fix the culture, back to the kindness and accountability environment under the previous English gentleman MD eight years ago.
Cons
Need to remove the newer lazy and toxic employees in the lower ranks. They go for long smoke breaks, refuse to take accountability and constantly badmouth their managers and management . Tried to recruit me to be part of their group. Recent retrenchement exercise remove half of them but another few still remain.
