Very strong benefits package. There are opportunities to change jobs within the company.

Cons

Little chance for advancement. Minimal training for management and employees. Over reliance on non staff employees. Salary levels are low.

The people and culture are great. Everyone is helpful and respectful. There is also a nice work-life balance at the company. People truly get a long and also get their work done. A nice place to work.

Cons

The initial pay is not too high and sometimes the work can be repetitive and boring. Departments are also divided between floors making it hard to interact.
