Fun place to work at even though management in IT is horrible!

Cons

The management in IT talk down to the team members if your not part of there click. There are folks that should have been released many years ago. But they are part of the click. Guy that is the "finance person" but a senior person in IT.... oh no... He is one of many that needs to go along with the other guy that is a joke and has no clue. He talks down to folks that's not part of the click.

Underpaid - I was being underpaid by 7k for my role! Then I had to train my successor, and they got paid 7k more AND they then got promoted after a year!

Some Good Policies, Inefficient Culture

Still allows employees to work from home. Generous time off.

Cons

The company is inefficient and it can be hard to get anything done. Senior leadership seems to consistently promote inefficient sycophants and lets HR drag everyone into overly time consuming and questionably useful trainings, surveys and processes. Demoralizing if you’re an employee who cares about getting work done.
