- Your experience will depend on your department/team, but in my case all team members were easy to get along with and great to work with - Great benefits: excellent insurance, PTO, and 401K - Opportunity to travel - My management team gave me many opportunities to learn and take on high level projects - Great work life balance

Cons

- Low pay with little raises - Zero room for growth unless someone leaves - Top heavy; VPs and above are always getting promoted or extra pay, but nothing for the people below them - Zero communication or interaction between departments - Lack of diversity and no clearly defined company culture or mission statement

They don’t have much pros to come up with other that a good pay rate

Cons

Really bad benefit for employer, they don’t have and HR department. Strong Gossip environment and leadership are not align with the changes in the industry
