You sometimes have to work long work hours depending on your schedule

- all the best staff left our show within the first few months because the culture is miserable and you will work seven days a week which is not reflected in your pay - the network struggles with basic functioning: Example - to get a standard location release signed, it must first go through SIX different humans for approval and it's a nightmare to pay vendors - all projects are so deeply underfunded to the point that APs must do the work of PAs, PCs, PMs, PIs and researchers - workers are unvalued numbers whom will never meet their overlords - folks overseeing TV shows are grossly incompetent and have zero concept of how shows are made
