VP Level and below very willing to reach down the ladder and hear ideas from EA's and coordinators

Cons

HR is a mess, no consistency with compensation, unwilling to give title that reflects work being done, very little effort to promote from within unless employee is going to leave

A Good Company to Start At, But Difficult to Grow

A smaller company where you're able to meet more people and learn more from them directly. There's also a pretty good attitude among most of the coworkers in my department. Also, great benefits.

Cons

There's a lack of direction in terms of where the company is going. Initiatives seem to drastically change every 1 1/2 to 2 years. Upward mobility is also difficult within the company.
