Pros

-They like to promote from within the company! I have been promoted 3 times in the 3 years I have worked here. If you work hard and participate in the internal training programs they offer, you can go far. -I love the people I work with. A+ feels like my home away from home and my coworkers feel like my second family.

Cons

-The option to work from home is only offered for certain positions in the credit union, not all of them. I would love to not have to commute to work every day.

Pros

Great pay, supportive staff, relaxed atmosphere, low stress, plenty of opportunities to grow and move within company. Good when it comes to accountability.

Cons

Lower fulfillment, but that comes with the job, and the fact that im still at the entry level. Schedule changes from week to week, but again, just part of logistics. Secret Shopping could catch you on a bad day, but that's just chance.

Pros

Management was attentive and interested in the success and happiness of their employees. They took an active role in making sure all employees understood the industry and how each person could contribute. Coworkers were generally friendly, and it was a pleasant place work.

Cons

Pay was average. Dress code was a bit strict, but it was a financial institution so that's to be expected.
