Pros

If you need a job, they will hire anyone.

Cons

No office environment. Like a recruitment firm, once you are hired, you get pushed off to whatever job they promised the manpower for. Once that job is complete, you may not have a job.

They advertise 401k insurance but at the end of the day you have to pay for everything no benefits
