      Pros

      The people at A-Gas and the Rapid Recovery Network have a clear sense of purpose that aligns the larger organization. Management tries to take in feedback and make changes when possible. One of which is the new program where employees have ownership in the company. People take their jobs seriously but like to have fun, which is a nice mix.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, but, for the most part, any cons are pretty minimal. The one con worth noting is that management isn't very diverse.

      Company vehicle, tools, and phone and gas card

      Cons

      Tell you things you want to here. But takes years to actually follow thru with promises. Corporate starts alot of projects but never follows thru and finishes them on time.
