Pros

Individually everyone is brilliant. Kind and caring. Work life balance Growing business so there are opportunities at times.

Cons

Pay - well below average unless your senior management Bonus - based on company performance. Which greatly fluctuates Other beneifts - nothing to get excited over… (5% pension, 25 days hol all par these days…) Don’t put too much heart and soul into anything as they’ll take advantage of it and not really reward you for it.
