      1. Decent starting salary in most departments 2. Comprehensive training 3. Helpful co workers 4. 4 day 40 hour work weeks 5. Bonuses

      1. Large work load 2. Company was bought out 3. Previous mid level management was great, new mid level management not so much

      Pros

      Good management, high pay, benefits available also. They give you a truck and uniforms. I asked a lot of questions about the job and the company with recruiter and the manager. All my questions were answered, honestly. I have not had any surprises while working here, which is a big surprise from other places I worked.

      Cons

      Some guys have computers to do their paper work on line, I still use paper.

      Pros

      PTO, Sick time, benefits. Family owned so they are very accommodating to personal issues. Friendly management.

      Cons

      Lots of drama in office. Female cattiness. One person known specifically for spreading false rumors, so be mindful who you tell your business to.
