      False promises for growth and a lie for results attitude from management they practice nepotism hiring friends and family members ( unqualified).

      Pros

      Professional atmosphere for a plumbing/hvac company. Caring management, great training, free coffee sometimes lunch. Recruiter found me, explained job/expectations, pleasant interview, (good guy), explained benefits etc. then sent to 2 managers for final. Advancement possibilties

      Can get very busy and stressful. A lot of policies to follow but managable and explained
