      Great employee benefits, not just health and dental, but beyond that. Great employees in general. Work life balance is perfect.

      - Excellent opportunities to learn and build engineering skills - Good mentorship across disciplines - Wide variety of projects to expand knowledge - Built a lot of great skills for industry employment

      Cons

      - Primarily a research facility, only hiring master's level candidates at the lowest so it is hard to go from a Co-Op position to an entry level job there
