      Pros

      You get to work on several projects and develop many skills. You are hired for a specific job but they allow you to learn about other projects and tasks. Your opinion matters and they encourage you to give thoughtful feedback. They also provide bonuses. I see potential growth here, which is good.

      Cons

      Not a really a con. I will say that when it comes to products or deliverables, they do expect the best from everyone. If your deliverables are not up to standard, they will work closely with you to help. This style may not be suited for everyone but I have always taken the feedback given to help me become better.

      Pros

      A P Ventures is a small company with a big heart for the employees. The health benefits are good. I enjoy working with my team. I work in a collaborative environment which makes the work days fun and go by fast. Everyone works hard and everyone enjoys what they do. Its nice to work among colleagues who are passionate about their area of expertise. This makes it an awesome learning environment. The company has grown in the last couple of years so job security is not a concern. The company is still growing . I would recommend this place for anyone who wants the opportunity to grow in a fast pace environment.
