      Personally rewarding work from home position

      Cons

      Counterproductive demands from management. Current management's poor decisions, prior to COVID, changed the company's steady growth to decline which was then hastened by COVID. Sales force now required to hit significantly higher quota for less compensation while quality of leads continue to worsen. Add to that the inability to take time off, even for a family funeral and environment becomes intolerable.

      Flexible work hours. Decent benefits. The pay was in the general ball park for where it should be.

      Cons

      The crunch is real. Work keeps getting re-prioritized. This makes meeting Sprint goals almost impossible. Decidedly unstable at the moment. The new Executives came in and promised not to move operations, costing people jobs. They did just the opposite. They made active plans to start relocating to Kansas and offered no relocation. They just started laying people off.

      Work from home and decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Management does not listen to employees, blindly opened a department with no real data or numbers to guide them on how to even run it, pay structure changes every month, not culturally diverse, clear favoritism, poor training, HR is useless, and constant harassment with a smile from upper management.
