My position allows for flexibility and remote work. This allows me to work around life's unexpected events, but also the ability to plan around work related events.

Cons

Communication other than email. Having a corporate, company and department wiki to obtain resources and/or current/real time happenings with resources and link would help bridge the delay gap. There are so many 1 person contacts and with change, no one knows who to reach out to. The economy is tough for businesses and employees. Consider budgeting for cost of living raises. We have benefits but they come at a cost so does using them. Most of the time if there's an annual raise it doesn't cover those extra """"benefit"""" expenses.

Work life balance Family first Understanding Being able to work over time if needed to meet quota The schedule stay consistent and that is important.

Cons

I would compensations. Seems hard to hit targets for commission even being on a ramp at the moment, I think of what it will look like after ramp. But overall very well taken care of!

Helping families / seniors find solutions by guiding them w/ expert advise to our partner communities / home care. Managing a team of new Advisors to success so that they too can be a top performer! The thrill of success by meeting goals! Shared ownership of success and opportunities. The goals for RMs and QA to score 4 calls total for Advisors and have that feedback in Gong for Advisors shows proactive management to quality calls.

Cons

Transparent access of metrics to Advisors at anytime through dashboards they can access for themselves. Implement more ways for Welcome and Follow Up to see each others roles and the impact they are both making. I'd like some APFM swag apparel to wear, hat, shirt, etc. Last day of the month shirt would be fun! Sooner access to FLT call reviews so that opportunities can be addressed sooner (handoff, introduction, etc.).
