Pros

There is actually so much good that happens for seniors! There are really good advisors in the company who care about the purpose.

Cons

There seems to be a lack of leadership, no CFO for sometime now, long hours and I don't feel valued at all for the work I do.

Pros

It is a small company so people know your name. The atmosphere is casual and mostly friendly. They have lofty goals and plenty of opportunity.

Cons

There was lots of management churn. Initially I thought it was just a change of key people as their strategy changed, but it seemed to be ongoing with people leaving after only a year or two. Their priorities seemed to be changing on nearly a monthly basis with key direction changing between my interview and first day of work.
