- The ability to help seniors who are in need of care. - Work from home. - Opportunity to earn more, as you work more hours.

Cons

- The amount of time/hours necessary to meet the quota each month, is beyond 40. - Not being able to be of much help for the finiancially unqualified inquiries. - Chasing down families, for community feedback, and to find if they moved.
