      Monthly corporate meetings give you insight into company goals Company events - holiday party, summer picnic, etc Annual reviews Good management

      Cons

      Lots of change, but going in the right direction. This is a fast paced environment. Wish we had more than three weeks of PTO time and 401k match.

      Great traing, great managers, Joan London, commercial

      Cons

      Major mis-representation.....the job requires 50-70 hours a week, Most leads Medical can't help them. Must contact leads within 24 hrs. Each lead takes about 40min to qualify.

      Pros

      Work at home and you can wear your PJs if you wish.

      Cons

      Management lies! They constantly change the rules and develop unrealistic expectations. Very high turnover for a reason. This company does not care about its employees or the families that they serve. Their only interest is the bottom line.
