      Pros

      Always considerate, client/contractor matching experts, personable, great benefits, exciting contracts and always kept me working for over 3 years.

      Cons

      I have to be honest and say there are none. Best Employer I have had thus far in my life.

      Pros

      The recruiters at A.R. Mazzotta really care about finding a position that is a perfect fit for each individual; which I think is awesome because it's a win win. I have worked with A.R. Mazzotta twice in the past and one assignment was long term and my 2nd assignment turned into me being hired and I worked there for 8 years until the company closed the office. Now I am on another amazing temp to perm assignment and I absolutely love my job, the work environment is great and I owe it all to A.R. Mazzotta because they took the time to research and place me in a position that was perfect for me!

      I wish I could list some.

      Cons

      Client abruptly ended my assignment and A.R. Mazzotta blocked my ability to receive unemployment compensation through the State of CT while I searched for another job. Pitched the assignment that I was in as 'admin' when it clearly was anything but. Strange company and culture; everyone at the company seemed absolutely miserable. Will never seek to work with them again. Hourly rate was ridiculously low!

      Sad to read this review. Every day we work very hard to place people in appropriate work. We gave you an opportunity for a job assignment that didn’t work out. We cannot “block” unemployment. No company can. The State of CT Unemployment decides based on facts provided by the employee and the employer. I wish you much success.
