Pros

For local managed MNC, this is probably one of the most diverse company to work for. The company do enjoy phenomenal growth in Asia and other development country- great place to learn how to run retail in emerging markets.

Cons

Creativity is not valued - discipline is. Very efficient operator but lacks way behind in innovation.
