Pros

A&A combines a healthy mixture of professionalism and family orientation. The office staff makes you feel very welcome and everyone is always willing to help if needed.

Cons

None that I can think of! We have monthly office meetings where we discuss any issues an employee has and help think of ways to fix them.

Pros

a&a continues to raise the bar for what they consider to be success. A rapidly growing company, they really do pride themselves on improvement and learning from past experiences. The company is continuously bringing on new valued employees and are quick to make those feel at home and part of the family. Employee feedback and participation is sought after, and they do their best to support the front-line worker, both in performing their work and in their overall development.

Cons

With a rapidly growing company, there are challenges to face from time to time. The going can get tough, but we persevere. To say that these don't include a bad day or two, would be a lie. I'm not sure where this is not the case.
