The environment is kinda friendly and accepting.

Cons

Work-load is sometimes insane. Sometimes you just cannot get rid of work, it comes in waves.

Pros

- Hybrid Working - 2 days a week (although this may change) - Some good People working within the teams - Good experience to work with Global teams - Office is fairly modern and city centre

Cons

- Haemorrhaging Staff - Following Merger, lost 100's in the US Side, and large numbers continue to leave in Belfast - Recent I.T redundancies in Belfast - Losing highly talented staff - (They want cheaper junior staff to save money or just lower headcount and rest can pick up the slack) - Multiple department restructures and change - None to staff benefit - it's about saving money - Constant firefighting issues everyday - Stress levels at all time high across teams - Poor Management from Top to bottom - It is chaos with no clear road map - Senior managers have also left in numbers and new managers are sinking fast - (Most recent senior management leaver was November 2025) - IT heads are completely out of touch with office staff - They should be held to account for constant poor decisions - The office culture is 0 - There is zero enthusiasm or camaraderie - Company Culture is Dead, Morale is dead - Staff have raised concerns multiple multiple times with no action or outcomes from management - Salary's are lagging in Belfast compared to others - No progression - No budget for Training - No upskilling available (They tried to say Pluralsight is how to upskill, Then cancelled all accounts due to cost) - No support for Mental Health - Multiple staff off sick due to Workplace stress/Mental Health - On Call rota for teams is now very frequent with leavers and headcount being lowered - There's an internal joke in management - That the policy is FIFO - Fit in or......
