Low Wages and Petty Raises

I enjoyed working here as a 16 year old in high-school because they were flexible with my schedule.

Cons

The raises would come once a year and you couldn't expect more than 50 cents. I never got a raise for becoming a crew leader. They waiting six months after the promotion until my next year review before I received a raise which was only 50 cents (Same as non-crew leader raises).

I worked here in highschool at a mall and had a fun time with the crew which was very laid back. nice atmosphere to be working in as well.

Cons

There was an extremely high turn over rate and it seemed like we were either understaffed or full of new people needed to be trained. need more discretion in the hiring process

Pros

If you're a car hop, you get to be outside in the sunshine on nice days. The manager at the A&W in fond du lac is very nice.

Cons

Car hops don't get to keep their own tips and only make $4.50 an hour. The tips get split amongst all employees, including the cooks. The people I work with tend to talk negatively about employees daily, and it makes you wonder what they are saying about you behind your back. Younger employees seem snobby, stuck up, ect.
