Pros

Family oriented, the work schedule happens to be four days a week, at ten hour shifts which s really nice.

Cons

Can be a bit bureaucratic when it comes to make changes in either the design, or process at A-dec. Overall a great company to work for

Management genuinely cares about your professional growth and personal life Very relaxed and friendly culture Lots of room to try different positions 4 day work weeks (10 hr/day)

Cons

Unless you really love dental equipment, it's hard to be passionate about what you're doing
