      Pros

      Excellent retirement plan, funded in large part by company. Lots of long term employees who seem to care about what they do.

      Cons

      E-suite leadership team doesn't live up to the supposed values of the organization. It's more about "not looking bad" than it is about doing the right thing. They tout the "family values" of the founders, but now that they are no longer involved in the day to day running of the business, things are going downhill. Most of executive team have never worked anyplace else (or it was a long time ago), so they have no concept of what it takes to run a competitive company today.
