Many opportunities to grow, 5 weeks of PTO after five years and 6 weeks after ten years, good pay for no college education.

Cons

Severe management disconnect with labor employees, some areas have obvious favoritism, very slow product growth.

Corporate Leadership is good and motivated, opportunities are there for some and not for others. Interviewing at face value is highly valued and experience not so much so it seems.
