      Pros

      Incredible benefits, including great health plan, 5% profit share cash bonus, 3% 401K contbribution + 10% additional depending on profitability. A-dec has a great family-friendly culture.

      Cons

      Product development moves frustratingly slow, with roughly a decade between major product releases. Too many layers of leadership for effective decision making.

      a decent company where you can build some skills in assembly

      vacation starts at 4 weeks per year with 2 weeks right off the bat

      Cons

      pay raises are low company really doesn't want you to move up if you are in assembly not very diverse work force in management

      Benefits seem good and pay seems good

      Cons

      Corporate Leadership is good and motivated, opportunities are there for some and not for others. Interviewing at face value is highly valued and experience not so much so it seems.
