There are many opportunities to access and learn the latest technology. Open discussions and suggestions are encouraged.

Cons

As a start-up company, it requires a lot of hard work. One person may be responsible for multiple jobs. Also, the company lacks enough senior engineers to design the architecture and guide the entry level engineers. For the same reason, the related documents and training courses are scarce. You need to rely on yourself in most of time.

We work hard and enjoy each other in a mutually respectful environment. Managers roll-up their sleeves and work closely with their teams.

Cons

It can be demanding at times due to the company aggressively go after the new accounts, features, etc. The schedule can be better managed.
