Pros

You will get lots of opportunities in terms of work. I learned a lot here. You will be given the responsibilities to single-handedly complete the task but you manager and other team members will be there to help you.

Cons

I worked in India and US management team does not look closely to our work. Its all Indian manager who looks which does not gives good opportunities for better visibility across the companies

It is a good environment if you feel the life is so pressure. Then, I think A10 is a good place

Cons

1. The compensation is not competitive now locally. 2. The benefits had been cut down on locally, like team building, free dinner. 3. The career path is narrow.

Thanks for the candid feedback. The compensation issue you brought up can be all relative depending on which angle you are looking through. Some people didn't like our free dinner and it would be really difficult to resurrect it while we are still deep in the woods with COVID. As far as the career path is concerned, we have a plenty of available internal opportunities and there have been a great number of internal promotions examples I can think of.
