Always expected to be available. Intrusive management and most women in the company are underpaid and overqualified.

Excellent products and very friendly HR department.

Cons

Teams are full of managers, engineers are not heard. It used to be an awesome place to work but with recent change in management the strategy has changed. It has adopted a policy of appeasement and talent is overlooked. People who want to learn and contribute are not given opportunity instead inefficient leaders develop insecurity because of them and don't let them succeed.
